2. Pricing Policy
2.1 All prices set out on our website are in pounds sterling.
2.2 Prices do not include postage and packing which are charged, at cost, in
addition to the price of the purchased goods.
2.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and we reserve the right to increase
or decrease prices at our discretion.
3. Placement of Orders
3.1 Our acceptance of an order takes place only when we despatch the order.
When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment
has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept
your order, or you have cancelled your order prior to despatch.
3.2 We may refuse to accept an order where
- Goods are out of stock or not available.
- Where we cannot obtain authorization and/or confirmation for your payment.
- There is a product or pricing description error on the website.
- If you do not meet any eligibility criteria as set out in our Terms and
Conditions.
4. Payment
All information you provide is treated as strictly confidential. We will not pass
or sell on any details you provide to any other company or third party. For your
added protection Credit & Debit card transcation details are processed by
Paypal using a secure server. They are not passed to or held by juleslittlejems.
We accept credit / debit cards and are " Paypal Verified " for your
added security and protection . Payment may also be made by cheque or bank transfer.
All goods must be paid for in full prior to mailing unless account terms have
previously been agreed - please phone or email if you require more details. All
goods remain the property of juleslittlejems until paid for in full.
5. Our Guarantee to You
Pricing - All our products are sold at or below the manufacturers’ recommended
retail prices.
Quality - All our jewellery is either handmade or manufactured to the best standards.
Security - Secure online payment system via PayPal Secure Systems.
Confidence - A no quibble 7 day returns policy & a 30 day guarantee on all
our jewellery.
Convenience - Your items will be delivered to your door by first class delivery.
6. Defects/Shortages.
6.1 Customers must inform us of any defective items or shortages within 7days
of receipt, using the returns procedure as detailed above to notify us.
6.2 Items in need of repair resulting from everyday wear and tear, abuse, modification,
attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident will only be repaired at the
discretion of juleslittlejems, and may incur a charge.
7. Incorrect Items Sent.
If the item you have ordered differs from the one you have received, please follow the return procedure as stated above, noting in particular how goods should be returned. When the item has reached us in the proper condition, the correct item will be sent to you, if the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Your postage costs for returning the incorrect item will also be refunded.
8. Quality.
Every item on this site is made to the highest quality. Some items are made with natural stone and/or handmade individually so their colour and shape may vary slightly from the image shown. There may also be minor variations in dimensions and specifications.
9. Photography.
Due to screen defaults and photography techniques some items may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Some items appear on a larger scale to show details, while others are shown on a smaller scale to show the whole piece.

14.4 We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of
our products , with some items being imported or hand-made, means that it is
likely that there may be delays in supply, in which case some lines will shown
as 'Not Available'.
It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. You can only
place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can
shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within
a few days.
However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted.
That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and juleslittlejems
so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you
receive the 'confirmation of despatch' email sent once your order has been successfully
picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.
14.5 Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the
confirmation of despatch sent to the email account provided by you.
14.6 We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced
up incorrectly.
14.7 Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and juleslittlejems
