Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery
1.1 Any date or time period for delivery will be considered indicative only, and does not form any part of a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for any inconveniencies caused as a result of delays in deliveries by us or any of our suppliers.
1.2 We will endeavour to despatch on the next working day after your order is received, provided payment has been made and the delivery address confirmed.
1. 3All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service or by the courier of our choice. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Please ensure there is someone available to receive your parcel, otherwise a card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting office/depot. They will hold the parcel for 7 days.
1.4 On delivery of the order, the purchaser of the goods becomes responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of their use, however they may arise.
1.5 If you do not receive your parcel and are concerned, please telephone us on 01908 543181 if you are in the UK or +44(0)1908 543181 from outside the UK, Or email us using the ‘contact us’ link on our website with your relevant details.

2. Returns
2.1 If for whatever reason you are not happy with your juleslittlejems products, please return them to us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily make a full refund or exchange – please state your preference.
2.2 Exchanges can only be made subject to stock availability.
2.3 Please return the goods with a copy of the juleslittlejems invoice ,stating your reason for return. We will only provide refunds or exchanges once the returned item has reached and is unused and/or unworn. Please ensure that the returned item is packed securely, all tags are intact and the original gift box/bags are enclosed. We do not refund the cost of postage and packing, only the amount paid for the purchased items (unless the goods were faulty or incorrect).
2.4 We ask that you send your return via a secure method as jules littlejems cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us or arrive in a damaged condition. You are responsible for the postage fees on returned goods.
2.5 Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and only available to the purchaser of the item on this website.
2.6 If the item has since been offered at a reduced sale price, we regret we can only refund the sale price.
2.7 juleslittlejems will not refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.
2.8 As an alternative, you can request site credit to the value of the refund amount to be used against future purchases on this site.

3. Returned goods policy
3.1 Please check the item carefully before removing tags, as juleslittlejems will not accept the return of any non-faulty item which has been worn and/or had the tag removed. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and any other bodily pierced items cannot not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3.2 Any items returned outside of the above time period, can only be returned at the discretion of juleslittlejems. In this instance, you will be offered an exchange or site credit.
3.3 To return items, pack the item securely and send it back to the following address:

We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own peace of mind and protection.
3.4 Unless the item is faulty or delivered to you incorrectly, you will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods. juleslittlejems cannot accept liability for any item lost or damaged in transit.
The above returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
